It is very important to Jos to reach a satisfactory end-result together with
the customer. To do this he combines a structured approach with extensive
project-experience. A key aspect is versatility. Jos acts in different roles,
depending on the needs of a project. This is important to Jos: "Acting

a new challenge!"
After completing his physics phd in 1993, Jos has worked for Cap Gemini Ernst
& Young. During an eight year period, Jos has had extensive experience
in all facets of software development, ranging from application architecture
to functional design to implementation. Ever since 1996 Jos has been active
on the (Enterprise) Java Platform.

All three founding partners have laid the foundation of their relevant working experience with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. They met during the instigation of the Java Factory (1997) with which Cap Gemini reached 'Authorized Java Center' status as one of the first companies in the Netherlands. After having set up the Java Factory they have been responsible for the daily management for a number of years.
Since 2001, J2R has been successful in both contracting as product development. J2R BV employees have been involved in several successful (Enterprise) Java projects, amongst others for De Nederlandsche Bank, ING and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young
J2R has developed and marketed the ReportLink product in-house, using internal
funding. This generic reporting solution offers 'out-of-the-box' reporting
capabilities to both internal and external regulators from any kind of financial
administration. ReportLink's open architecture also allows for adding company
specific reporting-specifications.

Independent of the required specialization, Ron pulls his weight and makes
sure to deliver the agreed upon results. His solid approach in problem solving
helps Ron to quickly and efficiently evaluate the feasibility of solutions.
This enables Ron to help our customers identify potential bottlenecks as well
as new possibilities as soon as possible. Commitment and enthousiasm are keywords
in his approach.
After his study Management Economy and Law Ron joined Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young in 1997. In a period of 4 years Ron has gained extensive experience
on the (Enterprise) Java platform, ranging from constructing an application
architecture to teamleader in development teams

Translating a clients' request to a technical solution is Rob's specialty. Rob finds a challenge in organizing available information, making it manageable. This while keeping a firm tab on feasibility and cost. Rob uses a pragmatic approach in which customer-focus and team-play are keywords.
After his study in Cognitative Science (specialty Knowledge-technology) Rob
